A gift at the key handover

Insphirea supplies reed diffusers, scented candles and room sprays, each in its own gift box, to estate agents, notaries and mortgage advisers who give their client something at the key handover. You order from 25 pieces, at €19.50 to €16 per piece excl. VAT. We deliver to your office in the Netherlands or Belgium within 5 working days, and every product can carry a card from your own office.

What suits a new home

In the first days in a new home there are still boxes about and the rooms smell of paint and cardboard. A reed diffuser suits those days best: it stands in the hallway or the living room from the first day, with no flame, and gives up to 4 months of scent from a 100 ml bottle. When it runs out, your client refills it with a 250 ml refill.

A scented candle is for the first evening, once the boxes are out of the way. It weighs 200 g, burns for about 50 hours and is hand-poured in Belgium from 100% natural sunflower wax. The room spray (200 ml) scents a room at once, for someone who has just moved and has a lot of visitors.

If you do not know your client's taste, choose Harmonea: fresh, with bergamot, lemon and red fruit, intensity 2 of 5. Reposea is warm, with vanilla and caramel, intensity 3 of 5.

A stock for the year

Keys change hands all year round, so the simplest is a stock at the office rather than an order per handover. The count runs across all reed diffusers, candles and room sprays together, in both scents: 30 reed diffusers and 20 candles make 50 pieces, so €19.50 each.

Our advice is to give the products within 12 months of delivery, when they smell their best. Until then, store them somewhere cool, dark and upright; a stock for a year fits within that advice. A gift bag costs €2.50 extra per piece.

Your own card with it

From stock, every product comes in its own gift box, with a card or sleeve from your office added, so your client sees who it is from as they unwrap it. Our confirmation tells you how to send them to us. If you want your logo on the label or the box, that is a production of its own: on request, with a quote, and paid in full in advance. At your office, or to the new address

By default everything comes in one delivery to your office, and that shipping is included. You then hand the gift over yourself, at the handover or at the notary's. If you would rather have it sent to your client's new address, a parcel per recipient is possible on request; postage and packing per parcel are then quoted separately, on top of the price per piece. We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium only.

How to order

Choose the products and scents on our order page and fill in your office details. Within 1 to 2 working days we confirm by email, with the price per piece; nothing is charged. You pay within 14 days of the invoice.
