Which products can be refilled?
Only the Harmonea and Reposea reed diffusers. Each has a 250 ml refill in the same scent, which gives up to 6 months of scent. There is no refill for the Invigorea reed diffuser, and scented candles and room sprays cannot be refilled. You will find the refills under Reed diffuser refills.
How long does a scented candle last?
Our scented candles (200 g) burn for about 50 hours. For the best scent, let the candle burn the first time until the whole surface has melted, and trim the wick to about 5 mm before each use.
How long does a reed diffuser last?
A 100 ml reed diffuser gives scent for up to about 4 months, and the 250 ml version for up to about 6 months. Turn the reeds every few days for a stronger scent.
What are the products made of?
Our scented candles are made of 100% natural sunflower wax with a cotton wick. Every scent uses premium fragrance oils from Grasse, the capital of perfume. Everything is made by hand in Belgium, cruelty-free, IFRA-compliant and CLP-certified.
What does shipping cost, and how long does delivery take?
Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is always free. We ship with PostNL, and on working days orders are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1 to 2 working days in the Netherlands and 2 to 3 working days in Belgium. We do not ship to other countries at the moment.
What is your returns policy?
You have a 14-day right of return. Return shipping is at your own cost. Email us at info@insphirea.com and we will help you. You can also read our full returns policy.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Our digital gift card is available from 10 to 100 euros and is sent straight away by email. The recipient chooses from the full range.
