Are the scents refillable?
Yes. Our reed diffusers use a refillable system: order a 250ml refill and top up your diffuser instead of buying a new one. Sustainable and better value.
How long does a candle last?
Our candles (200g) burn for around 50 hours. For the best result, on first use burn until the whole surface has melted, and trim the wick to about 5mm before each use.
How long does a reed diffuser last?
A 100ml diffuser gives up to around 4 months of scent; the 250ml version up to around 6 months. Turn the reeds every few days for a stronger throw.
What are the products made of?
Our candles are made from 100% natural sunflower wax with a cotton wick. All scents use premium fragrance oils from Grasse. Everything is handcrafted in Belgium, cruelty-free, IFRA-compliant and CLP-certified.
What are the shipping costs and delivery times?
Shipping to the Netherlands and Belgium is always free. We ship with PostNL and orders placed on business days are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1-2 business days (NL) and 2-3 business days (BE). To France, Germany and Luxembourg we ship from 9.95 euro (free from 60 euro) and to selected EU countries from 14.75 euro (free from 80 euro).
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days to return your order. Contact us at orders@insphirea.com and we will help you further. You can also read our full refund policy.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Our digital gift card is available from 10 to 100 euro and is sent instantly by email. The recipient chooses from the full collection themselves.
