Orders

How long will it take for my package to arrive?

We ship order within 1 business day. When the package is actually delivered to your home varies per carrier. You will be kept informed of this via the track & trace code.

Can I have my order delivered to a different address?

Certainly, during checkout you can enter a different delivery address than the billing address. After placing your order, it is no longer possible to change the address.

I have received a damaged item, what now?

That is very annoying and we are sorry. Send us a message at contact@insphirea.com within 3 days of receiving your order

Please include the following information so that we can help you quickly:
- Order number
- Description of the problem
- Photo of the damaged item
- Photo of the damaged shipping box

You will receive a response from us within 2 working days.

Can I change the delivery address after my order?

Due to our aim to deliver quickly, it is not possible to change address details after you have placed the order. You can use the track & trace number in the confirmation email to look up the delivery details and contact the carrier yourself. Perhaps they can do something for you. So make sure you enter the correct delivery address.

I can't find my order confirmation, what now?

As soon as you reach the 'thank you for your order' screen after ordering and your payment has been made, you can assume that your order is being prepared for shipment. Always check your spam box, your order confirmation may be in there. Is the order confirmation not in your inbox or in your spam box? I have ordered a bundle or a set and I would like to return one or two items, is that possible?

That is possible. You will then pay the normal price for the items you keep. For example: the price of the Reposea set is €69.95. You send the cream spray back. Then you pay the normal price of the scented candle (€28.95) and the normal price of the diffuser (€22.95).
