Returns Policy – ​​Insphirea

At Insphirea, we do everything we can to prepare and deliver your order with care and love. If you're not completely satisfied, you can exercise your right of withdrawal.

Reflection period and revocation

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

  • After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the product .

  • You will receive a full refund for your order, including any standard shipping costs. You will only be responsible for the return shipping costs to our address.

Terms and Conditions

  • If possible, please return the product in its original condition and packaging.

  • Some products are excluded from returns, such as:

    • Opened/sealed products that cannot be returned for hygienic or health protection reasons (for example, opened scented candles or sprays that have already been used).

    • Custom made or personalized items.

Refund

  • We will refund the amount within 14 days of cancellation , provided the product has been returned in good order or you have provided proof of return.

  • Refunds will be made via the same payment method you used to pay.

Register return

  2. Complete the Model Cancellation Form (downloadable at the bottom of this page) or include the required information in your email.

  3. Pack the products well and send them to the return address you receive by email.
